Below is a selection of the projects we’ve worked on.

PROJECT 1:
Oil & gas project, Papua New Guinea
Design and lead the social baseline characterisation of impacted villages/communities to inform impact assessment and land access and livelihood development plans. Included the design of primary research in alignment with international good practice, recruitment, training and oversight of local team and data analysis and reporting.

PROJECT 2:
Rare earths project, Australia
Establish and facilitate stakeholder reference group for project development, and undertake community engagement with landowners in order to develop land access agreements for exploration activities on private land in Australia. Included stakeholder engagement with impacted landowners and communities in alignment with numerous States' approvals processes, regulations and guidelines.

PROJECT 3:
Renewables project, Papua New Guinea
Undertake social impact assessment and develop social management plans for a rural village electrification project in partnership with the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign affairs and Trade. Included collaboration with multi-national team, executed in accordance with international development requirements.

PROJECT 4:
Copper project, Australia
Design and undertaken the baseline characterisation and social impact assessment, and develop social management plans for a large copper project in South Australia, Australia. Included primary and secondary data collection, analysis and reporting, stakeholder engagement and provision of strategic advice for project permitting.
