Social IQ is an independent consultancy firm specialising in sustainable development, social performance management and assessment, social research, and community engagement and development. We have more than 25 years’ experience, a long list of complementary formal qualifications, and are incredibly practical, having worked implementing programs for private (mainly extractives) companies, governments and not-for-profit organisations for many years. At Social IQ, we combine our strong technical knowledge with practicality - we will think about your project differently. Director
Danielle is a seasoned social performance practitioner with over 25 years of experience in various aspects of social performance management, mainly for large-scale infrastructure projects. She is most accomplished in the application of international frameworks for social performance management, with a focus on community resilience, human rights and Indigenous Peoples.
Heath Martin
Director
Heath is an experienced stakeholder engagement and social performance practitioner with over 10 years of experience in project delivery, risk management, sustainability, and community engagement. He has worked on projects across Australia and Asia/Pacific including managing engagement teams, leading social impact assessments, and implementing community development programs.
Lauren Ryan
Senior Associate
Lauren has over 15 years' demonstrated technical expertise in social impact assessments, management standard audits and internal reviews for large-scale mining and infrastructrue projects. Her academic and professional experience give her a unique ability to analyse and intrepret social data, particularly through a gendered lens, offering invaluable insight into the influences and motivations of local communities.
